Message	I ordered a CF kit and wanted to check on the status of my order since I hadn't recieved it yet. I also didn't get a confirmation of the order (that made me wonder right off the bat) .I called to inquire about this and it seems the order was lost (ie. they had no record of it) I was perturbed but they did their best to rectify it, I ended up getting the kit for a better than GB price shipped 2nd Day. I understand every business having problems...they are going to occur. The real test is how they deal with them. In my opinion JT dealt with them in a positive manner....I would order from them again as they have proven to me that the customer comes first...a lesson several other businesses should learn. Later, Wes : As part of the latest group buy, I ordered the synthetic aluminium dash kit. I had three problems with them, and as I fully believe in letting people know when a merchant does you wrong, here are the three: : 1. They overcharged me, not giving me the group buy price. They later rectified this, refunding me the difference, but it took about a week between when I noticed this, and I got my money back : 2. When I sent an email asking when it would be shipped (approx 4 days after recieving the invoice), I recieved a snippy email back saying 'Can't you read the invoice? It says four to seven days' The subtext was along the lines of you diot, can't you read? : 3. When it finally did ship, they had the address throughly wrong, even though it was correct on the emailed invoice I was sent. Additionally, it was held up at the border because there were no Customs declarations on it (Apparently it is made in Mexico) The only reason I found out it was sitting at the local UPS delivery station was because I emailed Joshua Tree asking where my order was. They never sent me a trackin number until I asked, even though they claimed they would do so as soon as the item shipped. : On the plus side, the kit looks good.
